Oh “That” Lemon Cake!
Spring always makes me think of the color Yellow! Yellow makes me think of Lemons! And then I have to make “That” Lemon Cake!
Begin with your favorite Lemon cake mix
Prepare and bake in a 13″ x 9″ glass pan per package directions.
Allow it to cool for 15 minutes while you mix together:
1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
2/3 cup powdered sugar
After the 15 minutes of cooling, prick top of cake with fork about every 1/2 inch. Drizzle the lemonade mixture evenly over the top of cake. Run a knife around the cake to loosen, then refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
Frost with your favorite fluffy white frosting, or serve with whipped cream.
