How to Assist Seniors When They Sell & Downsize
Local Real Estate Experts say now is a great time to sell
Hot economy. Low interest rates. Limited homes for sale. According to local real estate company, John L. Scott, home sales in 2015 are outpacing 2014 sales. Last Spring interest rates hovered around 4.3%. Currently they are about 3.7%. There are more buyers than homes on the market and multiple offers are now common. Real Estate experts forecast now is a great time to sell.
Yet, downsizing and moving can be daunting, especially for seniors.

I don’t have to mow the lawn. I even have my own garden plot and I didn’t have to carry bags of potting soil. This is the life!”
Jeff Samuelson designated a Certified Residential Specialist, and a SRES-Seniors Real Estate Specialist with over 30 years experience will offer marketing strategies that provide maximum profit. Jeff is in partnership with his wife, Marti, also a real estate broker with John L. Scott.
