Happy Winter Solstice! (And Happy Summer Solstice to our Southern brethren!)

Wikipedia defines the winter solstice as the exact moment that “the axial tilt of a planet’s polar hemisphere is farthest away from the star that it orbits.”

But we know it in our hearts as the shortest day, the longest night, the turning point of this geological wonder we live on, The Earth.  All of us, of all faiths and cultures, experience the solstice together.

Wishing you peace, prosperity, hope for the future and love for all time.

Happy Solstice!  May you see the brightest stars tonight.
